Refund Policy
This policy describes when fees paid for SystemLink Tools programmes may be refunded. Website pricing is informational; refunds apply to confirmed paid enrolments.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation email. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations between thirteen (13) and seven (7) days before start, typically seventy percent (70%) of fees paid.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the applicable deadline. Requests received after a cohort begins are assessed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Conditions for full or partial refund
Full refunds require that downloadable studio packs have not been issued, or that issued materials are confirmed unused and access is revoked. Partial refunds may deduct facilitation costs already incurred for seat reservation.
Non-refundable items
Third-party venue fees for on-site ateliers, custom research commissioned for a private engagement, and completed one-to-one mentor sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Refund process
Email contact@systemlinktools.digital with your full name, programme name, confirmation reference, and reason for cancellation. We acknowledge requests within three business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may require additional verification for corporate payers.
Cancellation by SystemLink Tools
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandated travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill transfers even after standard windows close. Exceptions are discretionary and documented in writing.
